We will accept request for warranty exchanges from the date of purchase until the length of the manufacturer's warranty for your specific bulb(s) under the following conditions:
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees in both directions.
- There are no visible signs of damage to the product.
If the bulbs are defective, we will provide you with a warranty replacement. In order to begin the process, we must inspect the bulbs and make that determination. If the bulbs are not defective, the bulbs will be sent back to you.
