LED Replacements for 75 Watt & 100 Watt Incandescent Light Bulbs

ledsplus-blog-100-watt-replacement-led-light-bulbs Are you still hesitant to change your old 75 watt & 100 watt incandescent bulbs to LED? I've got three reasons why we recommend it, so let me break them down for you one at a time:

Reason 1: No More 75 Watt & 100 Watt Incandescent Bulbs

Since this past January 1st, Canada banned the 75 Watt & 100 Watt incandescent bulbs. This leaves CFL (which contain mercury and with new mercury limits being set in commercial buildings, it only leaves LED bulbs to be used in those E26 fixtures).

Reason 2: Why Wouldn't You Use Only 13 or 16 Watt Bulbs Instead of Your 75 or 100 Watts?

There's nothing wrong with the vintage look. But, if you're really not after that and would rather cut your energy use on lighting up to 90%, then the TCP 75 watt equivalent and 100 watt equivalent LED bulbs are the way to go.

Reason 3: Choose from 4 Different Colour Temperatures

As we age, our eyes need more light to see the same things we've grown accustomed to seeing day to day over the years. With incandescent bulbs, you're stuck with colour tones between 2400 - 2700K. But with LED, you can actually choose between 2700K, 3000K, 4100K and 5000K!
